We’re currently recruiting for a bright, personable and driven candidate to join our client’s team as an Assistant Fleet Sales Manager (reporting to the Fleet Sales Manager) based in Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands.
Our client is a large, manufacturer owned Dealer Group that offers financial strength and security along with excellent career development and progression for the right candidate.
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Sales Executive looking to make the step up to Junior Management.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Fleet Manager to lead the existing Fleet Sales team, ensuring that team spirit and morale is maintained and the stretching targets are achieved.
Fleet enquiries feed via multiple channels, i.e. emails, online order systems, telephone and face to face meetings, so strong I.T. and communication skills are required.
Their customers are varied from Blue Chip to small business buyers, with sales of circa 12,000 units per annum (30% LCV and 70% car including latest electric/hybrid vehicle technology).
This is a really varied and exciting role where you will get stuck in to a range of duties so no two days are ever the same. We require someone with previous fleet sales experience and someone used to working in a fast paced environment. You must have strong communication and IT skills along with the drive, determination and motivation to achieve results.
