Our client, a well established, main car dealer in Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Motor Trade Experienced Automotive Business / Car Sales Controller with a strong understanding and experience with managing F&I in a Main Car Dealership environment.
To be successful in the Sales Controller role you should have a very good understanding of F&I processes, add-ons and products and be experienced managing this, either for your own sales or, ideally, for a Car Sales team.
You will be tasked with continuing to add value to the F&I process, improving the teams penetration levels on all products sold.
In addition to your F&I responsibilities you will also be asked to work closely alongside the Car Sales Manager to monitor and motivate the Automotive Sales Team. You will be asked to be very hands on supervising the team and their processes, as such, you should have good man management and supervisory skills.
Responsibilities of Sales Controller:
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a £20k basic salary and 50k OTE, company vehicle, contributory pension scheme. Additional perks and benefits will also be included. Working hours – 5.5 days a week (working one Sunday every 3 weeks).
