We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join a main franchise dealer in Weston Super Mare.

About the role of Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm in delighting our guests and assisting them in all aspects of the purchase of a new or used vehicle.  Previous car sales experience is essential and full manufacturer training and development is provided.  Passion for delivering great customer service is a must.

The role would suit an individual who enjoys having autonomy to manage their daily tasks whilst operating within a team environment which offers support and collaboration.  It will require a proactive approach to managing appointments and as such a planned and organised manner would be desirable.  With the evolving market the successful individual should be comfortable with a variety of IT platforms, with an eye for accuracy and detail when managing sensitive financial information.

With a vast range of products available we are looking for an individual who can act as a real ambassador for the brand.

Our client’s commission structure is not just based on unit sales but it is also centred on the guest experience.  Our client believes in making life long relationships with their customers and their pay structure reflects and rewards this.

Please note that due to the nature of the role a full driving licence is required.

Main Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:

  • Use an effective sales technique to sell the maximise number of vehicles possible, to meet agreed targets.
  • Generate maximum profitability on all sales.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service, to enhance the customer experience and achieve customer loyalty.
  • To promote our products and services whilst acting as a brand ambassador.
  • To communicate effectively with other departments to ensure enquires are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • To complete all administration in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To complete all transactions in line with FCA guidelines.

  • Previous car sales experience (main dealer preferred)
  • Proven Sales Record
