We are currently recruiting for an exceptional and experienced Sales Manager to join our client’s used cars site in Worcester. It is a well established site that stocks and sells around 40 – 50 cars a month.
You must have a proven track record of high performance in a motor dealer Car Sales Manager role. You will have experience in managing used vehicle stock. You will be directly responsible for targeting and managing the performance of the sales department in all areas; units, profit, F&I and CSI.
It is vitally important that your process and controls are robust with respect to stock management, prep costs and maintaining profitability.
It is imperative that you are a skilled and flexible leader with an ability to manage at a strategic level. In addition, it is important that you possess the desire and ability to become involved in whichever area of the business requires your attention. Whether this be deal stacking, second facing or pro-actively handling any customer issues.
