Our client, a very successful, prestige dealership in Bristol is looking to appoint an accomplished Service Advisor.
The successful candidate would need to be experienced in an Aftersales Department and be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction.
Very strong organisational and selling skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (Kerridge preferable) would be essential. You would be a valued member of a very experienced Aftersales team responsible for booking work in and overseeing vehicle repairs/servicing through the workshop, while maintaining regular customer contact to update/book and upsell on future work. Liaising with our approved manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs, a general knowledge of warranty procedures would also be required.
